Streaming News App Redesign
Problem statement:
How might we redesign a Streaming Commentary feature that exists in a Research tool that is less overwhelming, visually accessibility and usable to users?
Before
The Streaming Commentary feature existed in a Research Platform. It was visually overwhelming; accessibility and usability were problems which existing users complained.
Wireframes

User Testing
Low and Medium Fidelity wireframes were used to test
concepts.
5 Usability tests showed insights that users
engaged with the new designs. 5 A/B Tests revealed
100% positive sentiment for new designs.
Implementation
High-fidelity prototype and design decisions were presented to high-level stakeholders. I worked with developers to align on specs and handoff design.
Next Steps:
Web-to-App
Reducing the size, grid, and responsive design
of the Streaming Commentary was a first move
to mobile-first design. Next steps were to
optimize designs for Mobile Web and eventually
move to App first design.
