THE SOLUTION:
All Ears is a mentoring app that offers women a safe space, powered by anonymity, to find and connect with instant mentors. What's unique about All Ears is that it taps into the inherent altruistic nature of humans, and enables them to be ambient mentors, available at short notice, to anyone around them who has the need to be heard.
